Past Project
Old undersized radiator replaced with a correctly sized single panel unit in Pinhoe, Exeter. TRV fitted. Heated towel rail also installed in the bathroom.
Project Overview
The customer in Pinhoe had a radiator that was poorly sized for the room — too small to heat the space effectively, leading to the boiler working harder and the room staying cold. Ben removed the old unit, calculated the correct output needed for the room size, and supplied and fitted a new single panel radiator.
A thermostatic radiator valve (TRV) was fitted as standard so the customer can control the temperature in that room independently. On the same visit, Ben also fitted a heated towel rail in the bathroom. Roger Crimes gave five stars: "Ben did a superb job both advising on the provision of a new Mira shower and the excellent installation."
