Yes. Ben fits WRAS-compliant outside taps with a proper isolator valve so you can turn it off for winter. He'll route the supply through an external wall and lag the pipework where needed. Outside tap installation from approximately £150.

A straightforward dripping tap repair usually takes 30–60 minutes once Ben has isolated the water supply. A full tap replacement typically takes 1–2 hours depending on access and whether the valves under the sink are functioning correctly.

Either works. Ben can supply a tap from trade suppliers at competitive prices, or he's happy to fit a tap you've already purchased — just check it's the right type and size for your application. He'll advise before you buy if you want to call ahead.

Standard call-outs during working hours (9am–5pm) start at approximately £75 for the first hour including call-out. Ben will give you a clear price before starting. Out-of-hours emergency call-outs start from £150.
