Almost certainly. Slow drainage is usually caused by a partial blockage of hair, grease or soap build-up in the waste pipe. Ben will clear it properly — not just use chemicals that may not work — so it drains freely again.

Even a slow drip causes water damage and mould over time. It's worth sorting as soon as convenient. If water is actively dripping onto electrics or causing significant damage, call Ben as an emergency. Otherwise, a standard call-out is fine.

Yes. Ben is experienced in tracing leaks from damp patches, wet floors or unexplained water use. He'll assess the likely source, may need to isolate sections of pipework to confirm, and will repair the leak with the minimum necessary disruption.

Standard call-outs during working hours (9am–5pm) start at approximately £75 for the first hour including call-out, then £60 per hour thereafter. Ben will give you a clear price before starting work.
