Project Overview
The customer in Pennsylvania had an aging electric shower that was delivering inconsistent water temperature and struggling with the property's water pressure. Ben assessed the existing wiring and water supply, confirmed the circuit could handle a 10.8kw unit, and recommended the Mira Sport Max.
The old shower was removed, the new unit fitted and connected to the existing 8.5mm cable (which was already rated to handle the upgrade), and the shower was fully tested before Ben left. The customer — Roger Crimes — gave five stars: "Ben did a superb job both advising on the provision of a new Mira shower and the excellent installation."
