Ben started BDJ Plumbing Services in 2015 after years of training and working for local firms. Every call, every quote, every job is him — no subcontractors, no surprises.

Ben trained as a plumber at Exeter College on a 4-year day-release apprenticeship, then spent years working for local plumbing companies before starting BDJ in 2015. He carries out the work himself on every job.
He specialises in domestic plumbing — taps, showers, toilets, radiators, blockages, and emergency call-outs. He's fully insured with Public Liability Insurance and holds a current Health & Safety Certificate. Not VAT registered, which means lower prices for you.

All labour and materials are covered for 12 months. If anything isn't right after Ben leaves, he comes back and fixes it, no questions asked.

Founder
Exeter-trained plumber with 18+ years' experience. Ben completed a 4-year apprenticeship at Exeter College and has been serving Exeter homes and businesses ever since.

Ben grew up and trained in Exeter. He knows the area, the housing stock, and the common problems that come with older Devon properties.
